Fourth convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad Campus is being held on 12 January 2008 at Bahria College Islamabad.  Graduates, who have recently registered themselves are eligible to attend the convocation ceremony. 

• Rehearsals will be held at 1500 Hrs on Friday, 11 January 2008 at Bahria College Islamabad.  Your presence in the scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for attending the convocation. Please bring your NID Card for participating in the rehearsals.
• Graduating students are permitted to invite two guests.  Particulars of the guests must be submitted by filling-in the on-line registration form not later than PM 08 January 2008 so as to ensure appropriate security and protocol..
• In case of in-climate/wet weather, No guest will be allowed due to limited space.
• Invitation cards for the students’ guest will be issued upon completion of the rehearsal on pm 11 Jan 08.
• For your convenience, gowns will be provided on hire @ Rs.125/= (for 72 hours only) with security deposit of Rs.700/= (refundable) through stall being arranged at Bahria College Islamabad.  Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return the gown.
• Please bring your NID cards alongwith invitation cards.  No individual will be allowed to enter the convocation premises without showing his/her original NID Card.
